摘要
教育信息化的推进,为校长专业发展提供了更多的机遇与挑战。在教育信息化背景下,校长领导实践需要何种领导能力,亟需予以关注与深思。信息化领导力的提出为校长的专业发展及领导实践提供了新的思路与契机。通过概念解读指出,校长的信息化领导力本质上属于技术能力与领导能力二维融合的产物,其主要涉及信息技术能力、信息化规划能力、信息化管理能力以及信息化评估能力四个方面。基于技术融入视角,阐述了校长信息化领导力的生成过程,并以校长信息化领导力现存问题的解决为切入口,提出了校长信息化领导力的培养策略:以技术感知为落脚点,提升校长的信息技术能力;以领导情境为关注点,提升校长的信息化规划与管理能力;以技术反思为出发点,提升校长的信息化评估能力。
The advancement of education informationization provides more opportunities and challenges for the development of school principals. Under the background d of educational informationization, the principal~ leadership practice needs what kind of lead- ership, which needs to be concerned about and think deeply. The informationization leadership provides new ideas and opportunities for the professional development and the leadership practice of principals. Through the interpretation of the concept, find that the principal S informationization leadership belongs to the product of the combination of technical ability and leadership essentially, which mainly in- volves four aspects: information technology ability, informationization plan ability, informationization management ability and informa- tionization evaluation ability. Based on the perspective of technology integration, expound the process of the generation of principals in- formationization leadership. To solve the existing problems of principals informationization leadership, put forward the cultivation strat- egy of principals informationization leadership: take technical perception as the foothold, and promote the information technology abili- ty; take the leadership situation as the focal point , and improve principals informationization plan and management ability; starting from technical reflection, improve principalg informationization evaluation ability.
