摘要
信息技术革命正在重塑社会关系与社会结构。互联网时代为社会科学研究者提出了诸如思考新时期社会问题中的哲学、重新认识社会结构、重新设计社会制度的沉重课题。还原论、个体导向的哲学,正在为总体导向的整体论哲学所取代,社会科学研究也正在建构新的理论框架。社会组织是各种社会关系的表现形式,社会组织的模式正在发生结构性的变革,为组织研究的拓展、组织哲学的重建提供了支持。本文秉承寻找"问题中的哲学"的信念,通过观察人们对社会组织的认识,将组织研究分为三个层次:现象认识的层次、理论阐释的层次、认识论的层次。不同的研究层次和方法中贯穿着不同的思维模式,在现象层次中,分析性思维起到主导作用,而在理论和认识论的层次中,应当注重相似性思维的运用。这是一个发现组织中的总体性哲学的过程。归根结底,组织研究是要思考组织现象中的人的问题,建构组织中尊重人的行动的制度。
The information technology revolution is reshaping social relations and social structure.The age of the Internet has brought social science researchers new questions,such as the philosophy of thinking about social issues in the new era,the re-understanding of social structure,and the redesign of social systems.Reductionism and individual-oriented philosophy are being replaced by holistic philosophy,and social science research is constructing a new theoretical framework.Social organizations are manifestations of various social relationships,and so social organizations are undergoing structural changes.This article adheve to the belief of"philosophy in question".By observing people’s understanding of social organizations,the study of organization is divided into three levels:the level of phenomenon recognition,the level of theoretical interpretation,and the level of epistemology.Different research levels and methods carry different modes of thinking.At the level of phenomena,"analytical thinking"plays a leading role.At the levels of theory and epistemology,attention should be paid to the use of"similar thinking".This is a process of discovering the overall philosophy in the organization.In the final analysis,organizational research is to think about the problem of people in organizational phenomena and to construct a system that respects human actions in organizations.
