摘要
惩罚性赔偿为英美法系国家所广泛采纳。其在受害人的赔偿和对不法行为的震慑和预防方面有很好的作用。鉴于我国目前对产品受害人的保护不够,假冒伪劣猖獗,笔者认为有引入的必要,以更好地实现正义和稳定社会秩序。
<Abstrcat>Punitive compensation has been widely adopted in countries of Common Jurisprudence. It can be good at compensation for victims and frightening and preventing illegal behavior. Due to lack of protection for victims and rampancy of fake goods in recent China, the article suggests introducing punitive compensation in order to achieve justice and social order.
