摘要
目的探讨医学工程科与科室联合管理对影像设备保障效果。方法以该院2013年1月—2016年12月间需维修的160台医学影像设备为研究对象,对照组均实施传统的科室自主管理模式,研究组实施医学工程科与科室联合管理模式。统计两组仪器的维修成功率、维修成本、平均维修时间、重大零件替换状况和维修后使用状况,比较组间差异。结果 (1)研究组当天维修成功率显著高于对照组,两组3 d维修成功率差异无统计学意义,返厂维修率显著低于对照组,研究组3 d内总维修成功率亦明显高于对照组差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.213、0.796、7.027、5.150,P<0.05)。(2)两组仪器单台设备资产差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组单台维修成本远低于对照组,维修成本占比也显著低于对照组,平均维修时间明显短于对照组,重要零件替换台数显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t/χ~2=6.896、4.027、9.205、7.301,P<0.05)。结论医学工程科与科室联合管理有效保障了影像设备的维修和使用情况,维修效率更高,成本更低,可推广应用于各医院的影像设备管理。
Objective To study the effect of combined management of medical engineering and department on the imaging equipment security situation. Methods 160 medical imaging equipment needing maintenance in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects, the control group adopted the self-management model of the department, the research group adopted the combined management model of medical engineering and department, and the success rate of maintenance of the equipment , maintenance cost, average maintenance cost, replacement situation of major components and use situation after maintenance were counted and the differences between groups were compared. Results The maintenance success rate on the day in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and there was no obvious difference in the maintenance success rate at 3 d between the two groups, and the maintenance rate back to factory was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the total maintenance success rate in 3 d in the re-search group was obviously higher than that in the control group,and the differences were obvious(χ2=5.213,0.796,7.027,5.150, P 〈0.05).There was no obvious difference in the single equipment asset between the two groups( P 〉0.05), and the maintenance cost of single equipment in the research group was much lower than that in the control group, and the maintenance cost ra-tio was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the average maintenance time was obviously shorter than that in the control group, and the replacement equipment of major components were fewer than those in the control group,and the differences were obvious( t/χ2=6.896,4.027,9.205,7.301,P〈0.05). Conclusion The combined management of medical engineering and department can effectively ensure the maintenance and use situation of imaging equipment with higher maintenance rate and lower cost, which can be promoted and applied in the imaging instrument management in various hospitals.
