摘要
大型医疗影像设备是综合性医院医疗、教学、科研的物质基础,其装备水平是医院现代化程度和医疗水平的重要标志。如何管理维护这些大型精密智能设备,逐渐成为医院管理者、使用者以及工程技术人员的重要课题。本文通过分析影像设备发生故障的主要原因,阐述影像技师在设备保养、维护中的作用以及参与设备管理的意义,强调加强工程物理学知识学习,提升相关学科知识水平对优化设备使用和保养维护的重要性,指出转变设备管理维护模式,培养具有综合素质的技术、维修复合型人才的必要性。
Large medical imaging equipment is the material basis of medical treatment, teaching and research in general hospitals, also is one of the chief marks for the hospital modernization degree and medical level. How to manage and maintain these precise and intelligent equipment has become an important subject for the management staff, equipment users and technicians. This paper gives an analysis of the major factors for the equipment failures, and discusses the roles that imaging technicians play in equipment maintenance and the significance that they participate in the equipment management, also emphasizes the importance of strengthening the study of engineering physics and increasing the level of related knowledge in optimizing the use and maintenance of equipment, then points out the necessities of changing the mode of equipment maintenance and management and cultivating the compound talents with comprehensive qualities.
