高吸油量纳米二氧化硅的制备及其性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用两段滴加硫酸法工艺路线,通过调控表面活性剂、硅烷偶联剂赋予纳米二氧化硅适量离子稳定和位阻稳定控制纳米二氧化硅晶粒粗化过程,制备高吸油量二氧化硅。实验优化了表面活性剂的种类、用量和硅烷偶联剂的用量,考察了两者协同效应,表征了产品的微观结构,阐明了高吸油量纳米二氧化硅形成多级结构机理。研究结果表明,阴离子表面活性剂的用量为0.1%、硅烷偶联剂用量为3%时,产品的吸油值最大(吸油值为2.8 m L/g),产品粒径为15 nm。产品在水性介质中分散较好,有望在环保型水溶性涂料中作为具有消光和耐划伤双重功能的新型添加剂。 Nanosilica with high oil absorption was prepared by the process of two-step addition of sulfuric acid with proper steric stabilization and ionic stabilization through surfactant and coupling agent to control course of coarsening.The type,amount and synergistic effect of surfactant, and coupling agent were determined.Hierarchical structure of the product was characterized and deduced.Result showed that high oil absorption product(2.8 m L/g) with 15 nm in dimension could be obtained,when the surfactant amount was 0.1% by weight and coupling agent was 3% by weight in the reaction system.The product with high dispersion in water was confirmed as new additives with low gloss and scratch resistant in coating.
