化学共沉淀法制备纳米四氧化三铁粒子 被引量:24

Fe_3O_4 nanoparticles prepared by chemical co-precipitation method

摘要 用化学共沉淀法制备纳米四氧化三铁粒子,应用X射线衍射,透射电子显微镜对磁性粒子的结构、粒径、形貌进行了表征,并讨论铁盐溶液浓度、沉淀剂浓度及超声波对粒子粒径的影响. Fe3O4 nanoparticles were prepared by chemical co-precipitation method. The properties of Fe3O4 nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The effects of the concentration of Fe^2+ ,Fe^3+ ,NH3 · H2O and the ultrasonic on the average diameter of the Fe3O4 nanoparticles are studied.
