摘要
设计了一种基于离子聚合物金属复合物IPMC电致动材料的LED灯控制开关电路,采用化学镀的方法制备了IPMC,采用3D增材打印制造了驱动装置的整体结构,并对驱动装置内部电路进行了设计。通过驱动装置驱动IPMC的变形,成功控制了LED灯的闭合与断开,验证了该控制电路的可行性。
A LED lamp control circuit based on ionic polymer metal composite (IPMC), one kind of ionic electroactive polymer, is designed. IPMC is fabricated by electroless plating. The structure of actuation device is manufactured by 3D printing and the internal circuit is designed. The IPMC is actuated by the actuation device to successfully control the LED lamp on or off.
