摘要
目的:观察红外线照射联合复方七叶皂苷凝胶防治甘露醇致静脉炎的疗效。方法:将116例需输注甘露醇的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各58例,实验组给予红外线照射联合复方七叶皂苷凝胶外涂,对照组给予50%硫酸镁湿敷,分别观察两组患者静脉炎发生率和输注过程中的局部疼痛程度。结果:红外线照射联合复方七叶皂苷凝胶防治甘露醇致静脉炎的静脉炎发生率、输注过程中的局部疼痛程度明显低于用50%硫酸镁湿敷,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红外线照射联合复方七叶皂苷凝胶防治甘露醇致静脉炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of infrared radiation combined with compound Aescine Gel in preventing phlebitis caused by mannitol. Methods: 116 cases of patients with infusion of mannitol,were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group( n = 58). Experimental group give infrared irradiation combined with compound Aescine Gel external coating,the control group given 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress,respectively to observe two groups of patients the incidence of phlebitis and the degree of local pain during infusion.Results: The incidence of infrared radiation combined with compound Aescine Gel in preventing phlebitis caused by mannitol and the degree of local pain during infusion significantly lower than with 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05).Conclusion: Infrared radiation combined with compound Aescine Gel in preventing phlebitis caused by mannitol is effective in preventing and treating phlebitis caused by mannitol,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
