摘要
目的观察七叶皂苷钠片在四肢骨折术后肿胀并发症处理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1-6月在江苏大学附属医院行四肢骨折手术、术后存在肿胀并发症患者100例作为研究对象,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用功能锻炼,观察组采用口服七叶皂苷钠片联合功能锻炼。治疗后评估两组患者患肢肿胀消除和疼痛改善情况。结果两组显效率分别为72.0%和44.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005),两组有效率分别为98.0%和76.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。观察组和对照组治疗后患肢按压状态下疼痛评分均较治疗前大幅降低,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.002、0.012),其中观察组降低幅度更大,治疗后患肢按压状态下疼痛评分观察组[(1.52±0.15)分]较对照组[(3.91±0.91)分]更低,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。3个月随访结果显示,观察组和对照组骨折恢复优良率均较高,分别为98.0%和92.0%,且肌肉萎缩、疼痛和功能障碍并发症发生率均较低,但组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组有3例(6.0%)出现了轻微的胃肠道不适,对照组治疗过程中无一例出现相关不良反应。结论采用七叶皂苷钠片联合功能锻炼处理四肢骨折术后肿胀并发症,可减轻患肢疼痛,消肿效果更好、更快。
Objective To observe the application effect of sodium aescinate tablets in the treatment of swelling after limb fractures opration.Methods A total of 100 patients with swelling after limb fractures epration in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University from January to June,2020 were selected.A total of 50 cases in the control group received functional exercise,and 50 cases in the observation group received oral aescin sodium tablets combined with functional exercise.The removal of swelling and pain improvement of the affected limb were assessed after treatment.Results The effective rates of observation group and control group were 72.0%and 44.0%,the difference was statistically significant in two groups(P=0.005),and the effective rates of observation group and control group were 98.0%and 76.0%,the difference was statistically significant in two groups(P=0.003).The pain scores of the observation group and the control group under the pressing state of the affected limb were significantly lower than before the treatment(P=0.002、0.012),and the observation group had a greater reduction,and the pain scores under the pressing state of the affected limb after treatment of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P=0.025),respectively(1.52±0.15)and(3.91±0.91)points.In the observation group.The results of the 3-month follow-up showed that the observation group and the control group had a hight fracture recovery rates,was 98.0%and 92.0%,respectively.And the incidence of muscle atrophy,pain and dysfunction complications were low.The differences between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).3 cases patients(6.0%)of observation group had mild gastrointestinal discomfort.There was no related adverse reaction during the treatment of the control group.Conclusion Sodium aescinate tablets combined with functional exercises are used to treat postoperative swelling complications of limb fractures,can reduce pain in the affected limbs,and reduce swelling better and faster.
