摘要
目的探讨“冰肌散”涂药疗法对闭合性髌骨骨折术前患膝肿胀的改善。方法选取100名闭合性髌骨骨折患者,按随机数字表法将其分为治疗组与对照组,每组50例。术前治疗组采用“冰肌散”涂药法,对照组单纯使用冰敷疗法,治疗时长3 d。于2组患者入院时与治疗3 d后进行疼痛评分、患膝肿胀评分,并比较疗效及毒副反应。结果治疗3 d后,治疗组疼痛评分明显低于对照组[(2.051±0.872)分比(3.381±1.261)分,P<0.05];2组患膝肿胀评分均较入院时有所下降(P<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组[(1.331±0.683)分比(2.624±1.634)分,P<0.05]。治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组(96.00%比78.00%,P<0.05)。2组均未见皮肤过敏、溃烂等毒副反应发生。结论“冰肌散”涂药疗法能明显改善闭合性髌骨骨折患者患膝肿胀状况,且操作简单,安全性高。
Objective To investigate the ameliorative effect of Bingjisan therapy on preoperative swelling in patients with closed patellar fracture.Methods One hundred patients with closed patellar fracture were randomly assigned to receive either external application of Bingjisan(treatment group,n=50)or ice compress(control group,n=50)for 3 days before operation.Pain and swelling scores were measured on admission and after treatment for 3 days.The efficacy and adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 days of treatment,the pain score in treatment group(2.051±0.872)was lower than that in control group(3.381±1.261)(P<0.05).The swelling score after treatment for 3 days was lower than that on admission in both groups,and that in treatment group(1.331±0.683)was lower than that in control group(2.624±1.634)(P<0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group(96.00%)was higher than that in control group(78.00%)(P<0.05).No side effects such as skin allergies and ulcers were found in all patients.Conclusion Bingjisan therapy is a simple and safe treatment that can significantly improve knee swelling in patients with closed patellar fracture.
