摘要
目前我国民办高校的办学规模表现出良好的发展态势,但其内部运行机制还存在明显不足,决策机制、执行机制、监督机制、激励机制还存在诸多问题。要完善民办高校内部运行机制,必须健全董(理)事会制度,贯彻落实校长负责制,建立内外监督机制,完善和创新内部激励机制。
Currently, China's private university scale has showed a good momentum of development, but its internal mechanism is obviously insufficient, e.g. decision - making mechanism, execution mechanism, supervision mechanism, and incentive mechanism still exist many problems. To improve the internal operation mechanism of private colleges and universities, we must improve the system of board of directors, implement the principal responsibility system, establish internal and extemal supervision mechanism, and improve and innovate the internal incentive mechanism.
