摘要
高等教育大众化的继续推进,以及日渐明显的高等教育市场化趋势,为民办高校发展提供了机遇。同时,高等教育需求由“机会需求”向“质量需求”的转变、民办院校毕业生面临的就业压力,以及独立学院的发展,正在压缩民办高校的发展空间。民办高校要实现可持续发展,必须合理定位,强化办学特色,优化内部治理结构,同时要坚定地面向市场,依法自主办学。
With the higher education massification continuing and the higher education marketization revealing, private universities have got opportunity to develop themselves. Meanwhile, as the higher education has begun to transfer from ＂opportunity demand＂ to ＂quality demand＂, the students＇ job-hunting pressures and the development of independent colleges are impacting the development space of private universities. To get sustainable development, private universities not only should play their right roles, intensify their characteristics and optimize their internal management structure, but also should be self-runed according to law and towards market.
