摘要
采用二元复配的方式,在磷酸盐无机涂料中加入硅溶胶。结果表明,添加4.5%硅溶胶可以降低涂料的固化温度,同时可以显著提高涂层的初期防腐能力。
Due to its excellent performance in adhesion and resistance to high temperature, phosphate inorganic coating is a very unique one in the family of inorganic coatings. While the curing temperature of phosphate inorganic coating is high above 300 °C, which limited its application range. In this paper, the effect of the addition of acidic silica sol in phosphate inorganic coating was examined. It follows that the addition of 4.5% acidic silica sol could reduce the curing temperature of phosphate inorganic coatings, while enhance their anticorrosion performance remarkably.
