摘要
研究了以陶瓷颗粒为骨料 ,磷酸二氢铝为基料 ,添加多种无机填料的金属用耐磨耐高温涂料。介绍了磷酸二氢铝基料的合成工艺 ,并讨论了影响该基料组成的因素。试验结果表明 :当Al/P的比例为 1∶3 3~ 1 4∶3,合成温度为 12 0~ 14 0℃时 ,可获得化学性能优异、产率高的磷酸二氢铝基料。当骨料与基料的比值为 1 7∶1时 ,涂层的耐磨性较好。
An abrasion resistant coatings on metal substrates,based on ceramics as aggregate and monobasic aluminum phosphate as binder,mixed with various fillers,has been developed.The preparation technology of monobasic aluminum phosphate,an inorganic binder,was described,and factors influencing the composition of inorganic binder were discussed.It has shown that an monobasic aluminum phosphate inorganic binder with excellent chemical property and higher production output can be obtained at a ratio of A1/P 1∶3 3~1 4∶3 and temperature of 140~120℃.When the ratio of aggregate to binder is 1 7∶1,the film will show a better abrasion resistance.
