摘要 以南京汤山钙基膨润土为原料,研究了硅溶胶改性剂加入量、pH值、焙烧温度对钙基膨润土的吸附性、悬浮性和膨胀性的影响,并运用X射线衍射分析其改性机理。结果表明:随硅溶胶加入量的增加,膨润土的吸附性和悬浮性呈先上升后下降的趋势,膨胀性降低,膨润土与硅溶胶质量比为8.0时改性效果最好;pH值对硅溶胶改性效果影响不大;随焙烧温度的升高,膨润土的吸附性和膨胀性呈先上升后下降的趋势,悬浮性提高,500℃焙烧土效果最佳,并且500℃焙烧后再用硅溶胶改性的膨润土的性能更好。 With the raw material of Ca- bentonite in Tangshan, Nanjing, the effects of the addition amounts of silica sol, pH value and baked temperature on adsorption, suspended ability and dilatability were studied. The mechanism of the modification was analyzed by XRD. The results show that with increasing amount of silica sol, the adsorption and suspension increase first and then decrease, while the dilatability reduces all the time. When the mass ratio of the bentonite to silica sol is 8, the comprehensive modification effects are the best. The effects of pH value on the capability of modified bentonite are small. With the increase of temperature, the absorption and dilatability increase first and then decrease. At the same time, the suspension improves. The results of the bentonite baked at 500℃ are the best, and the effects of the bentonite baked first at 500℃ and then modified by silica sol are better than that of unbaked bentonite.
