摘要
发展草食畜禽养殖对保障畜产品供给、缓解人畜争粮矛盾意义重大,该议题日益受到政府及社会各界的重视。我国南方地区人口密集,经济发展迅速,人们对肉类产品的需求大且品质要求高,特别是牛羊肉需要从北方地区大量调入或依赖进口。因此,加强南方地区草食畜禽养殖,增加本地区的产肉量对于稳定经济发展和提高居民生活水平非常必要。本文通过统计数据查询、现场调研、资料收集等方式,以了解我国南方地区草食畜禽养殖现状,总结存在的问题并提出解决办法。
It is important to promote herbivorous livestock development for the security of animal production supply. In southern China, the high density of population and the rapid development of economy require a large quantity of high-quality meat products, especially the beef and mutton, which are mostly purchased from the north part of China or imported from abroad currently. Therefore, it is urgent to promote the development of livestock in southern China. In this paper, the methods including statistical data, field survey, and data collection were used to analyze the current situation of herbivorous livestock. The quantity of herbivorous livestock is high, but the productivity is terribly inefficiency in southern China. Fortunately, southern China is rich in feed resources, especially the byproducts of economic crops has a bright future in livestock industry. Consequently, it is feasible and necessary to explore and develop feed resources, strengthen the feeding and management of dams and young animals for ensuring the security and effectiveness of herbivorous livestock production supply in south of China.
