摘要
针对水平井注汽管柱存在注汽时弯曲的问题,通过计算管柱起下过程的轴向力及注汽时管柱的伸长量,优化设计了伸缩管安装位置及数量,从而减少管柱弯曲,降低采油成本。并通过VB编制了计算软件,通过现场的应用与实践,验证了方法的可行性。
In view of the problem of steam-injection tube bending in the steam injection process of horizontal well, by calculation of the axial force of tubes and the elongation of the steam injection pipe column, the optimization design of the telescopic tube installation location and quantity was carried out in order to reduce tube bending problems for reducing the production cost. The application software was compiled by VB, and the feasibility of the method was verified by the field application.
