摘要
通过对注汽管柱的热损失分析、计算 ,设计完成新型隔热型注汽管柱 ,并通过计算注汽管柱的伸长量 ,优化设计了伸缩管的长度及封隔器的安装位置 ,使由注汽管柱伸缩造成的封隔器与套管壁之间的相对滑动摩擦运动给封隔器密封件造成的损害降低到最小 ,从而提高注汽管柱的隔热效果 ,减少热量损失 ,最终达到提高注入蒸汽到达井底的温度和干度、提高油井的油气比、降低采油成本的目的。
Through the analysis and the calculation of steam injection tube, the article designed to complete the new steam injection tube of heat insulation style. The design calculated the extending degree of the steam injection tube, optimized the length of telescopic tubing and the installation position of, and minimized the packer seal damages caused by scrub between packer and casing wall. This technology improved the heat insulation effect, lowers the heat loss, and finally increased steam temperature and quality at the well bottom, and got the purposes of increasing GOR and decreasing cost of production.
