牛心坨油田分层注水配套工艺改进与完善

摘要 牛心坨油田油藏埋藏深,油品为高凝稠油,目前主要分注工艺为油套分注和双管分注,存在封隔器稳定性差、双管无法实施洗井、高压井管柱弯曲及出砂结垢井管柱堵塞等问题,影响了注水开发效果。针对上述问题,加强了分层注水工艺的改进和完善,研制了更为稳定的可洗井封隔器,研发了可洗井双管分注管柱和高压井平衡注水管柱,设计了出砂井防堵注水管柱。通过上述配套工艺的形成,牛心坨油田分层注水稳定性得到明显提高,为区块的高效注水开发提供了技术支持。 Niuxintuo oilfield reservoir is buried deep and its production is of high density.The wa-ter injection technique uses the ground control separate layer water injection string.Due to the production of heavy oil,the serious sand production and high formation pressure,the water injec-tion strings failure frequently,such as packer invalidation,tubing bending and blockage of the strings.These problems impact the effects of water-flood development.According to the above problems,since 2011 they strengthened the study of layered water injection technology,a more stable but the well-flushing packer was developed,forming the well-flushing layered water injec-tion string,the high pressure injection string,and preventing clogging injection string,etc. Through the form of the matching technology,the stability of layered water injection string for Niuxintuo oilfield is improved to ensure the high-efficiency of water-flood for the block.
