摘要 大采高综采工作面大跨度切眼一次成巷是实现开切眼安全、快速掘进及综采设备安全快速安装的重要技术。小纪汗煤矿11217工作面切眼巷道长330.8 m,设计宽度9 m,高度3.8 m,巷道跨度较大,使用连续采煤机配套设备进行掘进,采用分巷间隔一次成巷方法,平均每天掘进完成4个循环,28 d就使切眼巷道贯通,实现了大跨度巷道掘支平行作业、间隔连续快速掘进。 Once-tunneling technology for large-span cutting hole of fully mechanized working face with large height is an important technology of safe and rapid tunneling and fully mechanized mining equipment's installation.The open-off roadway of No.11217 mining face of Xiaojihan Coal Mine was 330.8 m long,9 m wide and 3.8 m high,the span was large,so interval and divided once-tunneling method with continuous miner and corollary equipment was adopted,that was average 4 cycles per day and 28 days in total,and the method realized parallel working of tunneling and supporting and interval,continuous and rapid tunneling.
