采空区下综采工作面切眼一次成巷支护实践

摘要 为了确保19070综采工作面切眼一次成巷支护安全,采用理论分析方法对上覆8号煤层开采后对切眼围岩的影响进行分析,综合确定切眼围岩稳定性类别,并从围岩稳定性、受力、支护和掘进设备等方面分析探讨了综采工作面切眼一次成巷支护方案,通过工程类比法合理确定切眼一次成巷支护参数。研究结果表明,上覆8号煤层开采后,19070综采工作面切眼上方仍有约10 m完整岩层,上覆煤层开采后引起的底板破坏不会给19070综采工作面切眼掘进、支护带来不利影响,切眼围岩为Ⅲ类中等稳定岩层,锚网索支护可以确保围岩稳定。现场应用后,顶板、巷帮和底板最大位移量分别为21 mm、76 mm、162 mm,可以确保切眼内设备安全,采用的支护方式也能满足切眼一次成巷围岩控制需要。 In order to ensure the safety of cut-hole once-tunneling support in 19070 fully mechanized mining face,this paper analyzed the influence of overlying No.8 coal seam after mining on the surrounding rock of the cut-hole using theoretical analysis method,comprehensively determined the stability category of the surrounding rock of the cut-hole,and discussed the cut-hole once-tunneling supporting scheme of the fully mechanized mining face from the aspects of surrounding rock stability,stress,support and driving equipment,reasonably determined the support parameters of cut-hole once-tunneling through engineering analogy method.The research results showed that after the mining of overlying No.8 coal seam,there was still a complete rock layer of about 10 m above the cut-hole of 19070 fully mechanized mining face.The floor damage caused by the mining of the overlying coal seam would not bring adverse effects on the cutting excavation and support of 19070 fully mechanized mininging face.The surrounding rock of the cut-hole was class III medium stable rock stratum,and the bolt mesh cable support could ensure the stability of the surrounding rock.After field application,the maximum displacements of roof,roadway sides and floor were 21 mm,76 mm and 162 mm respectively,which can ensure the safety of the equipment in the cut-hole,and the support method adopted can also meet the needs of surrounding rock control for cut-hole once-tunneling.
