摘要
为保证煤矿井下巷道安全掘进详细总结了连续采煤机掘进工艺和掘锚机掘进工艺的适用条件及各个系统的配套情况,从巷道布置、顶板矿压管理、顶板支护、掘进期间通风管理、掘进效率及人员占用率等方面进行了综合对比分析,归纳了两种掘进工艺在安全、日常管理难度和成本效益方面各自存在的实际情况,为煤矿在综合考虑安全高效掘进、合理管控成本、增强煤矿效益的情况下选择合理的掘进工艺提供了参考依据。
The applicable conditions and supporting conditions of each system of driving technology of continuous shearer and driving anchor machine are summarized,and roadway layout,roof pressure management,roof support,ventilation management during driving,driving efficiency and personnel occupancy rate are compared and analyzed,and the safety,daily management difficulty and cost-effectiveness of the two driving technologies summed up.It provides a reference basis for the coal mine to select a reasonable tunneling process under the conditions of comprehensive consideration of safe and efficient tunneling,reasonable cost control,and enhances coal mine benefits.
