摘要
分析我国海铁联运存在的问题。以青岛港为例,总结海铁联运物联网应用示范工程的总体框架、建设内容以及取得的成效,提出通过利用物联网、RFID等技术实现铁路、水路信息的互联互通和货物、车辆、船舶等信息的共享,提升铁路中心场站及港口码头的运行效率,实现港口、铁路运输链条一体化,支撑我国一带一路战略的实施,促进港口转型升级。
Problems in sea-rail combined transportationis analyzed. Taking Qingdao port for example, we summarize the general framework for sea-rail combined transportation application demonstration project, content of construction and achievements, and propose to adopt the Internet of Things and RFID technology to realize information inter-connection of railways, waterways and information sharing of goods, vehicles, ships, etc., so as to improve the efficiency of the central railway station and ports and achieve the port &rail transport chain integration, and thus support the implementation of the Belt and Road strategy and promote the upgrading of ports.
