集装箱铁水联运研究现状与动态 被引量:10

Current Situation and Trend of Container Rail-Waterborne Transport

摘要 为了促进我国集装箱铁水联运的发展,分析了国内外铁水联运的研究现状。从基础设施建设、管理制度的完善、新型技术的发展及其他相关方面对铁水联运进行理论总结和评述,探讨了符合我国国情的集装箱铁水联运进一步研究方向。研究结果表明,中国集装箱铁水联运应以经济性和环保效益研究为出发点,从基础设施的建设、公共信息平台和新型关键技术开发推广着手,逐步提高集装箱铁水联运组织管理水平,在此基础上全面研发铁水一体化高效联运系统。 In order to promote the development of container rail-waterborne transport, the situation of relevant re searches in China and abroad on the sea-rail transport is analyzed, rail-waterborne transport literature is summarized and reviewed in the respects of infrastructure construction, improvement of management system, development of new technology and other relevant respects, and the further research direction targeting at Chings national conditions is discussed. Studying results indicate that the development of container sea rail transport in China needs raising or- ganizing and managing level, particularly, the improvement of infrastructure construction, public information plat- form and application of key innovative technologies for better economic and environment benefits. This will provide the basis of a highly efficient integrated rail transport system.
