摘要
针对铁路港口站技术作业需求,结合列车调度指挥系统(TDCS)系统的重车到港计划信息,设计开发铁路港口站技术作业管理系统,实现从TDCS系统中接收重车到港计划,自动编制港内调车作业计划,绘制车站技术作业图表,以及技术作业图相关信息的电子化,为车站调度员提供图形化工作界面,从而降低站调员的劳动强度,提高工作效率。
Targeting with technical operation demand in railway port station, combining with port- arriving scheme information of loaded trains in the train dispatching command system （TDCS）, the technical operation management system in railway port station was designed and developed, which realizes receiving the port-arriving scheme of loaded trains from TDCS, automatically drawing shunting operation scheme inside port, drawing station technical operation diagram and relative electronic information of technical operation diagram, all of these provide graphical working interface for station dispatcher, so as to reduce labor intensity of station dispatchers and enhance working efficiency.
