丹参及复方制剂多指标成分质量控制方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 在中药材中丹参属于常用药,水溶性酚酸类成分以及脂溶性二萜醌类成分是丹参的主要化学成分。数据显示,丹参复方制剂在临床应用上已经多达上百个种类。由此可见,控制丹参及其复方制剂的质量十分必要。现有报道过的丹参复方制剂质量控制的方法难以全面评价其内在质量,某些方法还有待改进。本文选择丹参滴注液和丹参饮片这两种丹参复方制剂,以丹参和其它主味药的多指标成分为质量指标,应用反相高效液相二极管阵列检测法,建立了测定丹参滴注液、丹参饮片这两种丹参复方制剂中有效成分的方法,以此来全面评价其质量。 Salvia Chinese herbal medicines commonly used drugs belonging to the water-soluble phenolic acids and fat-soluble diterpene quinone component is the main chemical ingredient of Salvia. Data show that Salvia compound preparation in clinical applications have been up to hundreds of species. Thus, the control and quality of Salvia compound preparation is necessary. The method of preparation of compound Salvia quality control of existing reports over the difficult overall evaluation of its intrinsic quality, some of the methods could be improved. Salvia infusion fluid and paper chooses two Salvia Salvia Pieces compound, multi-index and other main ingredient of Salvia herb is quality indicators, reversed phase HPLC with diode array detection method for the determination of Salvia infusion fluid, Pieces Salvia Salvia both the active ingredient compound preparation methods, in order to fully evaluate its quality.
