摘要
塔里木库车山前储层具有"超深、高温、高压"的特点,存在井下工具易失效、中高密度钻井液在高温下长时间静置易老化沉淀堵塞管柱、埋卡封隔器等问题,同时要求测试管柱兼具替液、测试、改造、循环压井等功能,常用的"两阀一封"测试管柱已不能满足超深高温高压储层安全测试的要求,因此文章在原有"两阀一封"基础上通过优化管柱结构、优选井下工具、优化配套工艺(采用无固相压井液、研发稳定耐高温专用试油钻井液)等方法,建立了一套适用于不同井况的"三阀一封""四阀一封""五阀一封"测试管柱体系。该管柱体系有力地支撑了塔里木库车山前超深高温高压气井、三超气井的安全高效试油。
Kuqa gas reservoir in Tarim basin has the characteristics of ultradeep burial and HTHP. The downhole tools had higher risk to fail,the intermediate-or heavy-density drilling fluid used often got aged and plugged within the testing string under high temperature when long time well testing conducted.Moreover,the well testing string was often required to perform fluid drainage,well testing,stimulation and well killing. To overcome the problems and satisfy the engineering needs,based on the original two valves + one RTTS packer string,by optimizing testing string configuration,downhole tool performance,and corresponding processes,such as adopting non-solids killing flu-id,developing stable high-temperature drilling fluid for testing,etc.,3 types of well testing strings were configured. They were three valves + one RTTS packer string,four valves + one RTTS packer string,and five valves + one RTTS packer string,for use under different working conditions. This series of well testing strings can provide a safe and efficient testing for ultradeep HTHP gas wells and ultradeep and ultra HTHP gas wells in Kuqa gas reservoir. It will be a reference or an example for testing in similar wells.
