摘要
目前中国使用的固井水泥降失水剂普遍存在抗盐、抗高温能力差的问题。介绍了一种新的共聚物型抗盐耐温油井水泥降失水剂BXF -200L的研制、开发及应用。由于在该共聚物分子结构中引入了多种官能团,该降失水剂在高温、高含盐的情况下能够性能稳定;具有一定的分散性能,加量增大不会增加水泥浆的稠度,在很宽的温度范围内具有优良的降失水性能。以BXF -200L为主剂的抗盐耐温水泥浆体系具有失水量低、抗盐能力强、水泥浆体稳定、抗压强度高、胶凝强度过渡时间短、防气窜等特点,具有很好的综合性能。现场应用效果较好。
The cement fluid loss additives used in China generally have deficiency of weak salt tolerance and poor thermal stability. A novel additive BXF-200L was presented in aspects of study, development and application. As several functional groups are introduced into the molecule structure of the copolymer, BXF-200L remains stable at high temperature and high salt content environment; the additive does not thicken the cement slurry and disperses the slurry moderately which permits the dose increasing of it; and it performs effectivly in a wide temperature range. The thermal stable cement slurry prepared mainly by BXF-200L provides good comprehensive properties such as low filtration, strong salt tolerance, stable slurry body, high pressure strength, short transit time during thickening process and excellent gas-channeling prevention. BXF-200L cement slurry has been successfully used in many oilfields in China and overseas.
