四川盆地L17超高压气井的试油测试工艺技术 被引量:7

WELL TESTING TECHNOLOGY FOR THE GAS WELL L17 WITH ULTRAHIGH PRESSURE IN THE SICHUAN BASIN

摘要 超高压气井的试油在国内外均是一大难题,目前国内外对高温高压井的概念没有作出统一的解释和规定,国际高温高压井协会、中国石油天然气集团公司将高温高压井定义为:井口压力大于70MPa(或者是井底压力大于105MPa)、井底温度大于150℃的井为高温高压井;井口压力大于105MPa(或者是井底压力大于140MPa),井底温度大于170℃的井为超高温压井。四川盆地九龙山构造L17井栖霞组测试关井井口压力为107.64MPa、温度为147.3℃,是一口典型的超高压、中含硫、超深气井。高温高压井从钻井设计、钻井、测井、测试、试采均与常规井有很大区别。为解决超高压气井的试油测试难题,从试油准备工作、试油测试设计技术、测试工具的优化、安全保障措施、现场组织等方面总结分析了L17井的试油特点与难点,介绍了一些成功的经验和做法,建议加强节流阀远程操作工具的引进与研制。 The well testing of ultrahigh pressure gas wells is still a challenging issure all over the world.There is no specific definition on HPHT wells now in the world,and the International HPHT Well Association and CNPC define that such wells with wellhead pressure higher than 70 MPa(or BHP over 105 MPa)and BHT over 150 ℃ as HPHT wells,and such wells with wellhead pressure higher than 105 MPa(or BHP over 140 MPa)and BHT over 170 ℃ as ultrahigh HPHT wells.The shut-in wellhead pressure on the well L17 when testing the Qixia formation was 107.64 MPa,and the temperature was 147.3 ℃,it is a typical ultrahigh pressure and ultra-deep gas well with medium sulfur content.Drilling design,drilling,logging,testing,and production operations for this HPHT well are all different from those in regular wells.To solve the well testing problems encountered in ultrahigh pressure gas well,deep analysis were made regarding testing preparation,well testing design,optimization of testing tools,safety measures,and field organization on this well.After introducing successful practices and experiences,this paper also recommended that remote control package for choke valves should be introduced and developed as well.
