摘要
全球化加速了创新驱动经济发展升级,刺激美国将STEM教育提升到了国家战略高度,并通过立法提升全民的STEM素养。历经近30年的发展,STEM教育受到全美各阶层的广泛关注。基于一体化全方位立体式的建设模式,STEM教育发展迅猛,也带动了课程建设与评价、教师教育、职业教育等变革,对国内教育改革、经济发展、社会公平和人力资源储备产生了积极影响。美国的STEM教育实施对中国开展STEM教育、发展科学教育和培养创新型人才具有启示作用。借鉴美国STEM教育成功经验,中国需要走STEM教育本土化路线,加强学校教育各学段中科技创新人才培养体系的连贯性,强化政府在教育与人才战略中的积极导向作用,加快立法建设,鼓励企业界等社会单元积极参与到教育发展与人才建设的工程中。
As the globalization of economy is accelerating innovation-driven economy, STEM education has been promoted to the national strategic level and written into the law in the United States in order to enhance the general public's STEM literacy. STEM education receives nation-wide attention after nearly 30-year development. It is developing quickly with the integrated full-range and multidimensional pattern and also promotes the reform and development of curriculum construction and evaluation, teacher teaching and vocational education, which makes positive impacts on education re- form, economy development, equality of society and talent reserve in the United States. The American experience on STEM education will enlighten the future development of STEM education, science education and creativity education in China. We need to develop the local STEM education, enhance the coherence of talent culture in all learning period in school education, strengthen the positive guiding role of government in education and talent strategy and accelerate the construction of legislation in the relevant field, encourage all social strata to participate in education and talent construction.
