摘要
目的探讨小儿过敏性紫癜患者最佳的治疗和护理方法。方法在2014年12月~2015年12期间,将我院肾内科入院治疗的72例小儿过敏性紫癜患者随机分为对照组和观察组两组。对照组患者采取传统的西医治疗和护理方法。观察组患者首先从中医角度进行辨证分型,然后采取相应的中西医结合治疗和护理方法。结果经为期2周的治疗和护理后,从患者对护理工作满意度和康复情况两方面进行比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对小儿过敏性紫癜患者,首先对其进行中医辨证分型,然后采取相应的治疗和护理方法,效果显著。
Objective To explore the best treatment and nursing method for children with allergic purpura.Methods 72 children with allergic purpura cured in nephrology department of our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in control group were treated with traditional western medicine treatment and nursing methods. Patients in observation group were first carried on the differentiation typing from the perspective of traditional Chinese Medicine, and then took the corresponding traditional Chinese combined with western medicine treatment and nursing methods. Results After 2 weeks＇ treatment and nursing, the satisfaction of nursing and rehabilitation of the patients in the two groups were compared, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the children with allergic purpura, the effect of method of first TCM syndrome differentiation typing and then corresponding treatment and nursing is remarkable.
