摘要
目的:探讨清热凉血组方并重组人血小板生成素(TPO)联合甲泼尼龙治疗复发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)的疗效观察。方法:选取106例患者为研究对象,根据临床不同的治疗方法将106例患者分为对照组和治疗组,各53例。对照组患者采用TPO联合甲泼尼龙进行治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的治疗基础上给予患者清热凉血方剂进行治疗。观察患者治疗前后血小板计数水平、PAIgG表达水平、临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:两组患者治疗后血小板计数均明显升高、PAIgG表达水平均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后血小板计数明显高于对照组、PAIgG表达水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察患者治疗期间总不良率为7例(13.21%),对照组总不良率为8例(15.09%),两组患者不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:应用清热凉血组方并TPO联合甲泼尼龙能够提高ITP患者的临床疗效及血小板计数水平、降低PAIgG表达水平且临床不良反应低,此方法应用简单且安全有效。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Qingre Liangxue decoction combined with TPO and methylprednisolone in the treatment of recurrent ITP.Methods:106 cases of recurrent ITP patients treated were selected as the subjects.According to different clinical treatment methods,106 patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group,each 53 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with TPO combined with methylprednisolone.The patients in the treatment group were treated on the basis of the treatment of the control group plus Qingre Liangxue decoction.The PLT count level,PAIgG expression level,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed.Results:After treatment,the PLT count of the two groups was significantly increased and the expression of PAIgG decreased significantly(P<0.05).The PLT count in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the expression level of PAIgG was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total adverse rate of the patients was observed in 7 cases(13.21%),and the total adverse rate in the control group was 8(15.09%).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:TPO combined with Qingre Liangxue decoction and methylprednisolone can improve the clinical efficacy and the level of PLT count,reduce the level of PAIgG expression and lower the clinical adverse reaction of ITP patients.This method is simple,safe and effective.
