摘要
目的通过对过敏性紫癜性肾炎患者实施不同的护理方案,观察其护理效果,探究不同护理方案的临床应用特点。方法选我院过敏性紫癜性肾炎患者94例,随机分为对照组47例:实施常规护理,观察组47例:实施中西医结合护理,观察两组患者的住院治疗时间和症状情况。结果观察组患者住院时间、丘疹消失时间、红斑消失时间、瘙痒消失时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理可有效降低过敏性紫癜性肾炎患者的住院时间,改善丘疹消、红斑、瘙痒症状。
Objective Through the implementation of different nursing programs for patients with allergic purpuric nephritis,observe the nursing effect and explore the clinical application characteristics of different nursing programs.Methods 94 patients with allergic purpuric nephritis in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group:47 patients:routine nursing,47 patients in the observation group:the implementation of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing,observation of the hospitalization time and symptoms of the two groups of patients.Results The length of hospital stay,disappearance of papules,disappearance of erythema and disappearance of itching in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrative Chinese and western medicine can effectively reduce the hospitalization time of patients with allergic purpuric nephritis and improve the symptoms of papules,erythema and itching.
