摘要
对磷石膏在水溶液和饱和石灰溶液中,于10℃,室温和40℃条件下的溶解度变化进行了研究。通过与天然石膏在同种条件下溶解性的对比,结果表明:水溶液中,早期的磷石膏溶解度比天然石膏大,但最终的饱和溶解度小于天然石膏;随着介质温度的升高,磷石膏和天然石膏溶解速率增加,饱和溶解度下降,磷石膏的溶解度小于天然石膏。在饱和石灰溶液中,无论溶解初期和后期,磷石膏溶解度皆小于天然石膏;随着温度升高,磷石膏饱和溶解度明显降低。
The solubility of phosphogypsum (PG) in water and saturated lime solution was determined in experiments carried out at different temperatures at 10 ℃, normal temperature and 40 ℃. The solubility of natural gypsum (NG) was also studied at an attempt to find out differences in solubility between PG and NG due to the effect of impurities. The results showed that in pure water media, PG dissolved more rapidly than NG at early time. The saturated solubility of PG was less than that of NG. With the increasing the temperature of water, the dissolution rates of PG and NG decreased. The saturated solubility of PG was less than that of NG. In saturated lime solution, compared with NG, the solubility of PG was distinctly influenced due to the existence of impurities. With the improvement of temperature, the saturated solubility of PG decreased greatly.
