摘要
以磷石膏作为掺合料替代部分水泥、添加聚羧酸减水剂,制备了胶结材和混凝土,并对其性能进行了研究.结果表明:掺入5%的磷石膏的胶砂试块的抗压抗折强度均满足P.O42.5水泥的指标要求,掺入10% ~ 15%的磷石膏的胶砂试块抗压抗折强度能达到P.O32.5水泥的指标要求,胶砂试块的凝结时间及安定性均合格;采用磷石膏替代小于等于25%的水泥、添加2.0% ~2.3%的聚羧酸减水剂可以配制C30混凝土,抗渗性能达到P12抗渗等级要求.
Phosphogypsum was used as an additive to replace part of the cement with the addition of polycarboxylate to prepare binding materials and concrete, and their properties were studied. The results showed that the compressive and flexural strength of the mortars with the addition of 5% phosphogypsum in the binding material met the standard requirements of P. 042.5 ,while the compressive and flexural strength of the mortars with the addition of 10-15% phosphogypsum met the standard requirements of P. 032.5. The setting time and stability of mortars were up to standard. By adding less than Using less than 25% of phosphogypsum and 2.0% -2.3% of polycarboxylate, C30 concrete,which can reach P12 impermeability grade requirements,was prepared.
