摘要
采用蒸炼法生产出抗压强度40MPa 的α半水石膏.基于α半水石膏力学性能与其结晶形态的关系,探讨外加剂技术对α半水石膏晶体形态的控制机理,认为掺加有机无机复合外加剂可以获得理想的短柱状α半水石膏晶体.并对蒸炼法利用外加剂技术的可行性进行探索.
This paper introduces the production of higher strength α hemihydrate by steaming method.The compressive strength of high strength gypsum is more than 40 MPa.The controlled mechanism of addition on the crystal shape of α hemihydrate is discussed on the basis of the relationship between α hemihydrate mechanical property and its crystal shape.The compound of organic acid(organic salt)with inorganic acid can make ideally short pillar like shape of α hemihydrate crystal.The possibilite is explored for the improvement of addition on the technology of steaming method.
