摘要
目的:探讨甘海胃康胶囊治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年3月到2015年3月我院消化内科收治的慢性浅表性胃炎患者128例,根据随机抽签法分为治疗组与对照组各64例,对照组服用多潘立酮片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予甘海胃康胶囊,两组均治疗4周。之后对两组治疗效果,中医评分及生活质量评分情况进行考察。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.9%,对照组总有效率为84.4%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组与对照组的中医评分分别为2.19±1.11分和5.09±1.56分,都明显低于治疗前的17.34±1.34分和17.39±1.45分(P<0.05),同时组间对比差异明显(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组的生理功能、总体健康、生理职能、社会职能、生命活力、情感职能与精神健康明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甘海胃康胶囊治疗慢性浅表性胃炎能有效缓解临床症状,提高治疗疗效,有利于患者生活质量的改善,值得推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the effects of Gan Hai Wei Kang capsule in treatment of chronic superficial gastritis. Methods：From March 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital gastroenterology, 128 chronic gastritis patients accorded were equally randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group were given Gan Hai Wei Kang capsule and domperidone tablets treatment, and the patients in control group were given domperidone tablets, the two groups were treated for 4 weeks. Then the efficacy,traditional Chinese medical score and life quality score were observed. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group and control group were 96.9 % and 84.4 % respectively that the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher（P〈0.05）. The TCM scores in the treatment group and the control group were 2.19 ±1.11 points and 5.09 ±1.56 points after treatment that were significantly lower than before treatment of 17.34 ±1.34 points and 17.39 ±1.45 points（P〈0.05） and had significant differences between groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the physiological function, physiological function, general health, vitality, social function, emotional function and mental health scores in the treatment group were significantly higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Gan Hai Wei Kang capsule for treatment of chronic superficial gastritis can effectively relieve symptoms, improve curative efficacy and life equality, worthy of clinical application.
