摘要
目的:探讨甘海胃康胶囊治疗消化性溃疡与红细胞免疫临床观察。方法:85例消化性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予甘海胃康胶囊治疗,对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗,两组均连服8周,两组同时服用甲硝唑和克拉霉素治疗。观察治疗后患者的症状、体征、溃疡愈合及红细胞免疫功能的变化。结果:甘海胃康胶囊治疗消化性溃疡的有效率明显高于奥美拉唑的对照组(P<0.05)。Hp根除前后的红细胞免疫功能与同组根除后相比有显著差异(P<0.05),但两组对比无明显的变化(P>0.05)。结论:甘海胃康治疗消化性溃疡优于奥美拉唑治疗,疗效好,治愈率高。Hp根除后,红细胞免疫功能明显好转,提示Hp根除后红细胞免疫功能有所提高。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Ganhai Weikang Capsule in the treatment of peptic ulcer and red blood cells immune function.Methods：85 cases of peptic ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given Ganhai Weikang Capsule,while the control group was given prilosec.Both groups were treated for eight weeks.At the same time,both groups were given the combination therapy of metronidazole and clarithromycin.The treatment of patients＇ symptoms,physical signs and ulcer healing and the changes of red blood cells immune function were observed.Results：The effective rate of Ganhai Weikang Capsule was abviously higher than that of prilosec in the control group（P0.05）.The comparision of BRC immune function before and after Hp eradication within the same group was significant（P0.05）,but there was no significant difference between 2 groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Ganhai Weikang Capsule is better than prilosec in the treatment of peptic ulcer,with good curative effect and high cure rate.After Hp eradication,red blood cells immune function was obviously improved,indicating that the red blood cells immune function would be improved after Hp eradication.
