护理沟通在皮肤科护理中的应用管理 被引量:3

摘要 目的探索护理沟通在皮肤科护理中的应用管理。方法选取该院138例皮肤病患者进行观测,平均分为两组,每组各69人,两组中男女数量大致相等,分别为常规组和对照组,对常规组进行常规普通的护理,对实验组在常规护理的基础上加入护理沟通的相关技巧并加强对护理沟通的管理,一段时间后,比较两组患者对护理的满意度以及相关健康知识的掌握度。结果实验组的护理满意度和健康知识掌握度明显高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强对护理沟通的管理,可以明显提高患者对护理的满意度以及患者对健康知识的掌握,对患者病情的好转起到非促进作用。 Objective To explore the application of nurse-patient communication research in dermatology nursing. Methods 138 cases of skin diseases in our hospital for observation, were divided into two groups, each of 69 people, the number of men and women in roughly equal groups, the control group were conventional combination of conventional group routine or-dinary care, to Join group of nurse-patient communication in routine care on the basis of relevant skills and strengthen the nurse-patient communication management, after a period of time to grasp the degree of patient satisfaction between the two groups on nursing and related health knowledge. Results Nursing satisfaction and health knowledge of the control group was significantly higher than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Strengthen the nurse-patient communication management, can significantly improve patient satisfaction and patient mastery of knowl-edge on health care, to improve the patient&#39;s condition will play a very important role in promoting.
