摘要
目的探讨护患沟通技巧在皮肤科护理中的应用及效果。方法各类皮肤疾病患者144例随机分为观察组和对照组各72例,对照组予常规护理,观察组在此基础上注重沟通技巧,进行综合护理。比较2组治愈率、并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果观察组治愈率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮肤科护理中注重护患沟通技巧是人性化护理的一部分,可减少患者并发症的发生,提高患者治愈率和满意度,有助于患者及早康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the application and effect of nurse-patient communication skill in department of dermatological. Methods 144 cases patients with various skin diseases were randomly divided into observation group and con- trol group, each of 72 cases. Control group treated with conventional care; On based of control group, observation group paid at- tention to communication skill, did comprehensive care. Compared the cure rate, incidence of complication and patient satisfac- tion of two groups. Results In observation group,the cure rate was higher than that of control group,incidence of complication was lower than that of control group, patient satisfaction was higher than that of control group, the difference were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Pay attention to nurse-patient communication skill in the dermatology care is part of the humane care, can reduce the occurrence of complications, to improve the cure rate of patient and satisfaction to help patient ear- ly rehabilitation, is worthy of clinical application.
