摘要
目的:研究程序性细胞死亡因子5(PDCD5)与AT丰富结构域IA(ARID1A)在结直肠癌(CRC)中的表达。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测结直肠癌(55例)、结直肠腺瘤(18例)和结直肠黏膜慢性炎症(18例)组织中PDCD5与ARID1A的表达,同时,分析PDCD5及ARID1A蛋白的表达与CRC患者淋巴结转移、生存期及TNM分期的关系,采用spearman’s方法分析结直肠癌组织中PDCD5及ARID1A蛋白表达的相关性;随访CRC患者1~60个月,分析PDCD5及ARIDIA蛋白表达阳性或阴性CRC患者的生存曲线图。结果:在结直肠癌、结直肠腺瘤、结直肠黏膜慢性炎症组织中,PDCD5的阳性表达率分别为45.5%(25/55)、83.3%(15/18)和94.4%(17/18),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);ARID1A阳性表达率分别为52.5%(29/55)、80%(14/18)和100%(18/18),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);CRC患者组织中PDCD5与ARID1A呈正相关(r=0.279,P=0.039);AR—ID1A的表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移及5年生存期有关(P〈0.05);结直肠癌中PDCD5、ARID1A阳性表达病例的生存状况较阴性病例好。结论:PDCD5、ARID1A的表达对结直肠癌的发生发展有一定的影响。
Objective: To study the clinical significance of programmed cell death factor (PDCD5) and AT rich interactive domain 1A ( ARID 1 A) expression in colorectaI carcinoma (CRC). Methods : PDCD5 and ARID 1A expression in 55 cases of CRC, 18 cases of colorectal adenoma, 18 cases color- ectal inflammation were determined by immunohistochemistry. At the same time, the correlation of PD- CD5 and ARID1A expression in CRC patients with lymph node metastasis , survival period and TNM staging was studied, and the correlation between PDCD5 and ARIDIA protein expression in colorectal cancer tissues was analyzed by spearman's method ; CRC patients were followed up for 1 to 60 months to study survival curve of CRC patients with ARIDI A and PDCD5 protein positive or negative expres- sion. Results: In CRC, colorectal adenoma and colorectal inflammation , the positive expression rate of PDCD5 was 45.5% (25/55), 83.3% ( 15/18 ), 94.4% ( 17/18 ) respectively with significant differ- ences among them (P 〈 0.05) ; the ARID 1A positive expression rate was 52.5% (29/55), 80% ( 14/18 ), 100% ( 18/18 ) respectively with significant differences among them ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; ARID 1 Awas positively correlated with PDCD5 (r = 0. 279 ,P = 0.039 )in CRC patients; ARID 1A expression in colorectal cancer tissues was associated with TNM staging, lymph node metastasis and 5 years survival (P 〈 0.05 ) ; living condition of the ARID1A and PDCD5 positive expression CRC cases were better than the negative cases. Conclusion: ARID1A and PDCD5 expression has a certain effect on the oc- currence and development of colorectal cancer.
