摘要
【目的】探讨食管癌中程序性死亡因子配体-1(PD-L1)的表达情况及与病情的相关性。【方法】以100例健康体检者及100例食管癌作为观察对象,以健康体检者为对照组,以食管癌患者为观察组。对比两组食管组织内PD-L1阳性表达率。并比较观察组中不同病理类型、分化程度、肿瘤部位、肿瘤直径、浸润深度及pTNM不同分期的PD-L1阳性表达率。【结果】观察组PD-L1阳性表达率明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。而在观察组中,不同病理类型、分化程度及肿瘤部位间PD-L1阳性表达率比较未见统计学差异(P〉0.05);而肿瘤直径〉5cm、浸润深度〉肌层及pTNM分期〉Ⅱ期PD-L1阳性表达率明显升高(P〈0.05)。同时PD-L1阳性表达率与肿瘤直径、浸润深度及pTNM分期具有显著的直线相关性(P〈0.05)。【结论】PD-L1阳性表达率在食管癌组织中有着显著的升高,且其与病情有着显著的相关性。
[Objective]To investigate the expression of Programmed Death (apoptosis factors) ligand -1 (PD-L1) in esophageal carcinoma and its relationship with the disease.[Methods]100 cases of healthy persons and 100 cases of esophageal cancer were set as the observation objects, and the former as the control group, the later as the observation group. The positive expression rate of PD-L1 was compared between the two groups. Positive expression rates of PD-L1 in the observation group at different pathological types, differentia- tion degree, tumor location, tumor diameter, depth of invasion, and the different stages of pTNM were com- pared .[Results]The PD-L1 positive expression rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group( P 〈0.05). In the observation group, there were no statistical difference of PD-L1 positive ex- pression rate between different pathological type, differentiation degree and the tumor location ( P 〉0.05); The PD-L1 positive expression rate of the tumor 〉 5cm in diameter, infiltrating depth〉musele layer and pT- NM stages 〉Ⅱ increased significantly ( P 〈0.05) ; while PD-L1 positive expression rate had significant linear correlation with tumor diameter, infiltrating depth and pTNM stages ( P 〈0.05).[Conclusion]PD-L1 positive expression rate increased significantly in esophageal cancer tissues, and had significant correlation with the development of the disease.
