高温高压大通径压裂封隔器的研制 被引量:7

摘要 目前常用压裂封隔器内通径较小、易缩径,根据冀中地区油田生产情况和地层特点,研制了大通径压裂封隔器。该封隔器内通径可以与压裂管柱较好的配合,使压裂时管柱摩阻明显减少,降低施工泵压,提高压裂作业效果。矿场实际应用表明该封隔器具有耐高温、承高压的特点,同时坐封持久有效、起下方便、可承受双向压差,具有一定推广价值。 The common fracturing packer has the characteristics of small drift diameter and easy reducing diameter,it couldn't meet the need of Jizhong oilfield drilling. Based on production situation and reservoir characteristics of Jizhong oilfield,large drift diameter fracturing packer was developed. The diameter of the packer could match with the fracturing string,which may reduce friction resistance of fracturing string,pumping pressure and improving fracturing efficiency. Field application results showed that the large drift diameter fracturing packer had the characteristics of resistance to high temperature and high pressure,long-term effective of setting and more convenient for lifting and falling. This packer is worth popularizing and applying.
