摘要
随着中国发展建设速度的不断加快,石油资源的消耗量也在随之提高,为此勘探技术现如今正逐渐向着深水、深层的方向扩展。在此过程中,难免会遇到高温地层区域,温度压力会对钻井液的密度造成影响,严重降低了钻井工程施工的安全。文章对高温高压井ECD校核与控制技术进行论述,首先结合当前现状探讨了其发展趋势,随后对油基钻井液流变性进行了分析,最后总结了ECD校核与控制技术的各类要点内容。
With the continuous acceleration of development and construction in China,the consumption of petroleum resources is also increasing.For this reason,exploration technology is gradually expanding in the direction of deep water and deep layers.In this process,it is inevitable to encounter high-temperature formation areas.The temperature and pressure will affect the density of the drilling fluid,which will seriously reduce the safety of drilling engineering construction.This paper discusses the ECD check and control technology for high temperature and high pressure wells.First,the development trend is discussed in combination with the current situation.Then,the rheological properties of oil-based drilling fluids are analyzed.Finally,various key points of ECD check and control technology are summarized.
