摘要
根据生产的需要以及管材口径小、模具运动空间小的特点，设计了8个胀块结构的直径50～90mmPVC胀口模具。重点介绍了模具结构和工作过程及重要零件的设计。
PVC bulging mould with the diameter ranged from 50 to 90 mm is designed on the basis of the need of production, and the trait of pipe＇s small ora, small movement space of mould. It is made up of eight bulging block which are averaged in one circle. The structure of mould and the mould working process and design of important part are mainly introduced .
