摘要
从战略联盟视角,引入技术开发难度环境变量,采用负二项回归模型,探讨集成创新企业与零部件开发商之间不同合作创新类型与治理结构的匹配机制及对集成创新企业自主创新绩效的影响机理。研究显示,探索型联盟与利用型联盟对集成创新企业自主创新绩效的影响具有显著差异性,探索型联盟更有利于提升集成创新企业自主创新绩效水平。针对利用型联盟,股权治理结构比非股权治理结构具有优势;针对探索型联盟,非股权治理结构比股权治理结构具有优势。而且,零部件技术开发难度越高,越强化非股权探索型联盟及股权利用型联盟的优势。
Based on the perspective of strategic alliances, introducing an environment variable of technology development difficulty, and using the negative binomial regression analysis models, the paper discusses the matching mechanism of innovation alliance types and governance structures between integrated innovation firms and components developers and analyzes the effects of different matching mechanism on integrated innovation enterprise's independent innovation performance. The results show that, compared with exploitation alliances, exploration alliances contribute more to the independent innovation, which have significant differential effect on the independent innovation performance of integrated innovation enterprises. For exploitation alliances, integrated innovation enterprise's equitybased exploitation alliances with components developers have more advantages than non-equity-based exploitation alliances. For exploration alliances, non-equity governance structures are better than equity governance structures. Meanwhile, the greater difficulties in complement technology development will strength the advantage of equity-based exploitation and non-equity-based exploration alliances between integrated innovation firms and components developers.
