摘要
本文利用世界银行2012年企业调查数据库的中国企业样本,使用Heckman样本选择模型,从合作创新程度与合作关系两个方面考察了对产品创新和工艺创新的影响。研究表明:(1)合作研发投入与企业创新绩效呈倒U型关系,随着合作研发密度的提高,创新产出提高但边际贡献逐渐降低,接近12%时达到拐点;(2)企业与供应商和与客户企业的合作关系,对产品创新有正的显著的促进作用;与供应商和与科研院所的合作关系对工艺创新有正的显著的促进作用;(3)企业的R&D投入能显著地促进企业创新绩效,中型企业相对来讲创新绩效更高。
In this paper, the Heckman sample selection model is used to examine the impact of product innovation and process innova- tion on the level of cooperative innovation and cooperation in the sample of Chinese enterprises in the World Bank＇s 2012 enterprise sur- vey database. The results show that： （1）The R＆D investment has an inverted U-shaped relationship with the innovation performance of enterprises, with the increase of the density of R＆D and the improvement of the innovation output, the marginal contribution decreases gradually and reaches the inflection point when close to 12% ;（2）The cooperative relationship between suppliers and customers has a sig- nificant positive effect on product innovation. The cooperation relationship with suppliers and research institutes has a significant positive effect on process innovation; （3）Enterprises R＆D investment can significantly promote the innovation performance of enterprises, and relatively speaking, the innovation performance of medium-sized enterprises is higher.
