骨髓基质细胞在白血病造血微环境中的作用及其研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 骨髓基质细胞（bone marrow stromal cells,BMSCs）起源于胚胎发育的间充质干细胞（marrow mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs）,具有多向分化潜能,是造血微环境重要的组成成份。BMSCs特异性表达CD73、CD105、CD44、CD29和CD90,不表达CD34、CD45、CD14、CD31和v WF。
