摘要
目的 探讨学龄儿童白血病患者的心理卫生状况,以采取相应的干预措施,进一步提高疗效。方法 对学龄儿童白血病这一特殊人群在临床诊治中的心理卫生状况进行观察。结果 发现患儿在疾病诊治过程的不同阶段,存在不同程度的心理问题:环境的改变、白血病本身的影响、治疗方法的采用以及家庭、社会等因素均对患儿的心理产生较大影响,这关系到疾病的预后和患儿健全人格的形成。结论 学龄儿童白血病在治疗中的心理问题必须引起儿科医护人员的重视,并给予必要的干预措施,通过改善治疗环境、调整治疗方法、给予支持性心理治疗、认知治疗和必要的药物干预,采取心理与躯体相结合的综合治疗方案,进一步提高疗效。
Objective To study the psychological problem and its intervention during the course of treat m ent of a group of specific population,school age children w ith leukem ia. Methods Tw enty one school agechildren w ith leukem ia had been under observation during the course of clinical treatm ent. Results Through this study,varied degrees of m ental problem s had been found at different stages w hen patientsw ere first diagnosed and later received a long course of treatm ents. Several factors such as environm entalalteration,clinical influence of leukem ia itself,diverse m ethods in treatm ent,fam ily,society and so on hadobvious influences over the m ental status of this group ofpatients and w ould be related to the prognosis ofthe disorder and to the form ation of norm alpersonality. Conclusion Pediatricians m ust pay great attentionto this affair and m ust carry out com prehensive treatm ent com bined w ith psychotherapy and physiotherapyincluding im proving therapeutic environm ent,adjusting treatm ent protociol,giving supportive psychothera py and cognitive therapy and necessary m edicalintervention to obtain a better curative effect.
